Bangalore/HyderabadThe Service & Field Service Cloud Content Experience (CX) Team is looking to add an early-career technical writer to its growing team!Service Cloud is the #1 platform for customer service, with nearly $9 billion in annual revenue. This includes our 1-1-1 model of committing 1% of our equity, technology, and employees' time to build a more equitable and sustainable world.In this role, youll deliver critical content to help customers set up and adopt Service and Field Service Cloud products. This includes in-app assistance, online help, API documentation,Trailhead content, and videos. Youll work closely with other writers, engineers, product managers, designers, marketers, and other subject matter experts. Youll track and report on key metrics for your content. Your work will directly help customers achieve their business goals with cutting edge customer service products, including new generative AI features.Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-assured, organized, and curious. Required Experience/Skills

• 1-2 years of professional writing or communications experience
• 1-2 years of experience working for a technology or software company
• Ability to write clear, concise, and approachable content and to adapt your voice, tone, and style to the audience
• Ability to quickly and independently learn and explain complex technologies
• Curiosity about how things work and figuring out how they could work better
• Experience using generative AI
• Experience being part of a global team and collaborating with teams in other time zones
• High standards of quality and attention to detail
• Excellent problem solver
• Strong advocate for the customer
• Ability to create a content strategy for a product
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines

• Bachelor&aposs degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience
