Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides
• Work with engineers, developers, and product teams to gather information
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support documentation
• Review and update documents based on product changes and feedback
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field preferred
