As a Technical Writer with Design Expertise, your role will involve creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation, such as user manuals, guides, and process documentation. You will collaborate with technical teams to gather and verify information for accurate documentation. Additionally, you will design visually engaging materials like infographics, diagrams, and charts to enhance the usability of the documentation. Editing and proofreading content to ensure clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage documentation repositories to ensure easy accessibility for users and stay updated with industry trends and tools in both technical writing and design. Key Responsibilities: - Create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation. - Collaborate with technical teams to gather and verify information. - Design visually engaging materials like infographics, diagrams, and charts. - Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. - Manage documentation repositories for easy accessibility. - Stay updated with industry trends and tools in technical writing and design. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. - Proven experience in technical writing and document design. - Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat) and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma). - Ability to create visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and interactive guides. - Familiarity with version control systems and content management platforms. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
