Technical Writer

Role & responsibilities

Need to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. This includes writing user manuals, technical guides, system documentation, and other content that communicates complex technical information in an easy-to-understand format.

• Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation guides, Maintenance procedures and other product-related materials.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and follows the company's style guidelines and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style.

• Strong writing in Briting English.
• Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word and similar tools.,.
• Understanding of CCMS (preferred but not required).
