Responsibilities

• Prepare a service manual, user manual, maintenance manual, operation/operator manual and service instructions for the newly developed or existing products.
• Good analytical skill and ability to analyze the drawings
• Working experience in anyone of authoring tools like PTC Arbortext Editor, Oxygen XML, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, etc
• Familiarity with Product Life Cycle (PLM) tools and its terminology.
• Develop documentation that adheres to standards and guidelines.
• Create documentation that considers how users utilize products, aiming to assist them in accomplishing their tasks swiftly and accurately.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering multiple documentation projects within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with various engineering departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of content across different areas.

Qualifications

1-10 years of experience, Engineering Education in B.E (Aeronautical, Mechanical, ECE, EEE or other equivalent)
