Technical US IT HR Recruiter / Bench Sales Manager - Night Shift

As a Technical US IT HR Recruiter at JeMy Infotech, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Ensure the adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner - Should have the ability and interest to manage/work on HR consulting, Recruitment, staffing, Training and development activities, should able to manage Human capital branch as full time employee cum partner or franchisee partner - Search resumes in various available Job Portals - Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds - Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level - Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position - Acts as the first point-of-contact for the consultant and maintains monthly contact with the consultant Qualifications required for this position: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Please note that JeMy Infotech is not a BPO company or consultancy.
