Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer specializing in Java and Python at Peopleclick Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Coimbatore. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, and providing support to trainees. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts and ensuring the training meets organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Technical Trainers and Training
• Knowledge in Java and Python programming languages
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
