Technical Telecallers (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to introduce and explain our IT services and products.
  • Answer client inquiries and provide basic technical information.
  • Maintain and update call records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for client-specific queries.
  • Follow up on leads and contribute to lead conversion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT) or equivalent computer-related degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
