Skills Required

10+ years of proven experience in technical program management and leading software development teams
Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum frameworks
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Git
Expertise in our technology stack:
Frontend: JavaScript, Vue JS, TypeScript
Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Data & AI/ML: Python
Infrastructure: Azure, GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
Experience with UiPath or RPA (
highly desirable
)
Familiarity with security standards (e.g., OWASP, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong stakeholder management experience
