Job Description

As a Technical Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing technical teams, overseeing project activities, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the technical team to ensure alignment with project goals, timely task completion, and efficient resource utilization. - Coordinating and tracking the progress of development projects utilizing technologies such as Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue. - Providing technical support and guidance to the development team, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing code when necessary. - Acting as the main point of contact within the technical team, facilitating communication, and providing timely updates on project statuses. - Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation including coding standards, project requirements, and development processes. - Facilitating agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring adherence to agile best practices. - Collaborating with the QA team to ensure development output meets quality and performance standards. - Engaging with clients to gather project requirements, provide technical updates, and align deliverables with client expectations. - Identifying project risks and technical bottlenecks proactively to avoid delays and disruptions. - Implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity, project efficiency, and code quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating technical teams and managing web development projects. - Proficiency in Laravel, React, Vue, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, WebSocket, and Git. - Experience in resource allocation, task prioritization, and deadline management. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively within the team. - Strong time management and multitasking abilities. - Proven leadership skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team effectively.,
