Shulserve is looking for experienced professionals for the position of:
Technical Support Specialist
Work Location: BengaluruShift: US EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Experience in L1/L2 Technical Support or Application Support.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and macOS.Experience supporting accounting or financial software applications.Excellent English communication skills.Prior voice-based technical support experience is mandatory.Candidates with an accounting or financial domain background will be preferred.
