Technical Support Representative (Associate)

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Associate at NPS Prism based in Gurugram, India, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting techniques for AWS, Azure, Tableau Cloud, and Server platforms, as well as SQL databases. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing logs, identifying potential issues, and ensuring the security of data and systems. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and create comprehensive documentation will contribute to the success of NPS Prism as it transitions into a technology-led business. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize troubleshooting techniques for AWS, Azure, Tableau Cloud, and Server platforms, as well as SQL databases - Review logs and identify potential issues in various platforms and databases - Familiarity with common technical terminology and concepts - Utilize ticketing systems and other tools to track technical issues - Create comprehensive documentation and reports for technical issues and resolutions - Implement security protocols and best practices for data and systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field or specialization - 4 to 6 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a cloud-based environment - Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred) to manage and track technical issues - Excellent English communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Knowledge of cloud computing architectures and deployment models - Nice to have skills: Experience working in Tableau Cloud Server or Azure Cloud, basic understanding of DevOps in Azure Note: This job description is for a Technical Support Associate position at NPS Prism, a market-leading CX benchmarking and operational improvement platform owned by Bain & Company.
