Role Overview: Welcome to Adeeba Group! We are an international BPO based in Kolkata, specifically in Saltlake. Currently, we are hiring for the position of Snr. Technical Sales Executive for night shift in the Technical Support process. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for call closures and providing technical support to our clients during the US shift timings from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will be working in a complete inbound process environment with rotational offs and 6 days working schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Close calls effectively in the technical support domain - Utilize your minimum 1-year experience in technical support sales within an international BPO setup - Demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills to engage with customers - Be willing to work flexible night shifts to cater to global clients Qualifications Required: - HS qualification - Good communication skills are a prerequisite - Must be open to working night shifts Please note that immediate joining is available along with other benefits.
