We are an international BPO based in Kolkata, Saltlake, and currently seeking Call Closures and Senior Technical Support Executives for the night shift. The role involves Technical Support with the designation of Senior Technical Sales Executive. The position offers a competitive salary, with the shift timing from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am in the US shift. Key Responsibilities: - Handling complete inbound process in technical support sales - Demonstrating proficiency in call closures in tech support - Utilizing excellent communication and convincing skills - Adapting to the night shift schedule Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support sales within an International BPO - High School qualification - Good communication skills - Flexible to work night shifts Location: Saltlake, Kolkata Working Days: 6 days with rotational offs Immediate joining is available with additional benefits.
