Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role will involve connecting with clients to address and resolve their queries through calls, remote desktop support, and other communication channels. You will also be responsible for resolving tickets raised by clients regarding technical issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist in designing and implementing effective software solutions, track user tickets for timely resolutions, and coordinate with the development team for new feature requirements. Your problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities will be crucial in this role, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for problem-solving and process improvement. Basic knowledge of programming concepts and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools will be beneficial for this position.
