Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for connecting with clients to resolve their queries through calls, remote desktop support, and other communication channels. Additionally, you will address and resolve tickets raised by clients for technical issues to ensure seamless operations. You will also assist in designing and implementing effective software solutions, track user tickets for timely resolutions, and coordinate with the development team for any new feature requirements. Your strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and basic knowledge of programming concepts will be key in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is also required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Key skills include MS Office, Presentation Skill, Computer Knowledge, Email Writing, and Good Communication Skills - Minimum qualification of Graduate degree Any additional details of the company: The company prefers candidates with good communication skills who can work in English at the in-person work location.
