Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Software Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic IT concepts, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Log and track customer issues, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical problems.
• Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:

• B.Com / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science graduate.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
