Job Description: Technical Support Executive (Walk-In Drive)

Location: Sector 66, Mohali

Interview Timings:

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Walk-In)

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹26,000 CTC

Shift Timing:

Day Shift (Open for both male and female candidates)

Position Overview:

We are excited to invite dynamic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Technical Support Executive. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting queries, and ensuring excellent customer service across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Maintain logs of issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and professional responses.

Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have one of the following:

• B.Tech
• BCA
• B.Sc (IT)
• BE

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of basic technical concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
