Dear Candidate , PROFILE- Technical Support Intern – Application & Website (eMedicoz) EXP- ONLY FRESHER STIPEND- 5 K /MONTH DURATION- 3 MONTH OR 6 MONTH Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Technical Support Interns to join our Support Team. The role involves managing and resolving student queries related to the eMedicoz application and website in real-time. The intern will play a vital role in enhancing the overall user experience by ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and contributing to improved app ratings and student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, log, and manage incoming support tickets from students related to the eMedicoz App and Website. Troubleshoot technical issues such as login problems, course access errors, payment issues, or video playback concerns. Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate internally with the development, QA, and content teams to address more complex issues. Provide real-time support during peak usage hours to ensure minimal disruption for users. Follow up with students to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback. Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for internal use. Assist in testing app/website functionalities and reporting bugs or inconsistencies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate may apply (BA, B. Com, will be preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Basic understanding of mobile applications, websites, and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with ticketing systems or helpdesk tools is a plus. Quick learner with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. A customer-first attitude and a willingness to help.
