· Good communication Skill with fluency in English & Malayalam.

· Ready to work in rotational shift with rotational off.

· Handling customer complaints and follow ups.

· Language Skill: Malayalam

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shift Time: Rotational shifts - (Total 9 hours including 1hr break)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹10,200.00 per month
