Role Overview: As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing voice-based support to both international and domestic customers over the phone. Your primary duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, focusing on building strong relationships with customers through clear and confident communication. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by aiming for first-time resolutions. Collaboration with the technical team will be crucial in resolving any technical issues efficiently. Additionally, you will closely work with the technical content team to identify and address any gaps in the help module. It is essential to be flexible and willing to work night shifts as part of this role.
