Job Description: As a Technical Support and Deployment Specialist, your role will involve overseeing server-side operations, assisting in client deployments, creating customized dashboards, and providing customer support. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the initial server setup and deployment, creating tailored dashboards for clients, conducting pre-deployment testing, troubleshooting server, dashboard, or IoT device issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer support. Additionally, you will be supervising and documenting deployment processes to enhance workflow efficiency. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of server setup and IoT platforms like ThingsBoard, familiarity with backend/database operations (e.g., PostgreSQL, InfluxDB), proficiency in customer support and troubleshooting, the ability to design and implement customized dashboards using existing tools or APIs, and strong organizational skills for supervising deployments and testing processes. Please note that this is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a contract duration of 3 months and no financial stipend provided during the contract period. However, a certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the contract upon successful performance, with the potential for a permanent position based on your performance.
