You will be joining a fast-growing company, FOG, that is redefining amusement experiences with cutting-edge gaming products specializing in high-tech, interactive physical games designed for entertainment centers worldwide. As a Technical Support Engineer (Electronics Specialist), your role will involve providing remote support for international clients, ensuring smooth game installation and operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and electronics issues for international clients through online support. - Warranty & Support: Managing service requests under the 1-year warranty & ANC service to ensure smooth resolution of claims. - Operator Training & Documentation: Guiding clients on basic troubleshooting and maintenance, creating easy-to-follow manuals and video tutorials. - Quick Issue Resolution: Addressing support tickets within 24-72 hours and dispatching spare parts within 48 hours if required. - Support Tools & Ticketing: Utilizing TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zendesk, Freshdesk to remotely access systems, track issues, and communicate solutions efficiently. - Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Coordinating with logistics to oversee fast international shipping of essential components. - Proactive System Monitoring: Implementing monitoring tools to detect and prevent technical failures before disrupting gameplay. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 1-3 years of experience in electronics support or hardware diagnostics. - Expertise in electronic components, software troubleshooting, and other related issues. - Experience with remote diagnostics tools and ticketing systems. - Availability to work the night shift.
