We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist responsible for Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support, specializing in Microsoft Server Administration, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, installing and managing servers and networks, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Microsoft certification will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 and L2 technical support for Microsoft servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT issues, escalating to higher-tier support when necessary. Manage and support Microsoft Azure and AWS environments, ensuring optimal performance. Install, configure, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services. Assist in optimizing Microsoft 365 deployment, usage, and troubleshooting. Monitor system health and security, applying updates and patches as needed. Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in technical support, including L1/L2 responsibilities. Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Server Administration. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS cloud technologies. Strong understanding of server installation, network management, and troubleshooting techniques. Microsoft certification (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
