Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers, helping them resolve issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
Document issues and their resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Educate customers on the use of products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-6 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
