Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting the Service Level Agreement with customers, investigating technical issues reported by customers/integrators, logging and tracking the progress of each issue, and ensuring excellent communications with the customer. Additionally, you will work closely with local and central Ingenico teams to provide quick resolutions, lead customer support calls and meetings, and load Ingenico terminals with software packages and key injection processes. Occasional customer site visits and support for pre-sales, development, post-sales, and customization activities will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Meet the Service Level Agreement with customers - Investigate technical issues reported by customers/integrators - Log and track the progress of each issue with excellent communications - Work closely with local and central Ingenico teams for quick resolutions - Lead customer support calls and meetings on technical issues - Load Ingenico terminals with software packages and key injection processes - Conduct occasional customer site visits for technical investigations - Support pre-sales, development, post-sales, and customization activities - Manage workload and multiple activities by balancing priorities effectively - Deliver work tasks on time and to a consistently high standard - Demonstrate a creative and dynamic approach to problem-solving - Provide L2 support in APAC - Knowledge of working on any of the ticketing tools - Run various tests - Provide on-call support as required - Handle both customer support and internal stakeholders while staying updated with the latest updates Qualification Required: - Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and IoT - Requirement analysis and workload estimates are a must - Saas support model oriented (MDM) - Knowledge of security and communication is a plus - Experience in JavaScript, XML, Linux, and DB is a plus Additional Company Details: At Ingenico, innovation, collaboration, and delivering customer value are at the core of our culture and values.
