Technical Staff Associate-Turner

Responsibilities

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
• Ensuring all workshop jobs are done with safety, quality and accuracy.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of all workshop machines as per schedule
• Ensuring attending all breakdowns effectively
• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
• Participation in all EHS initiatives
• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
• Ensuring proper work permit system for all jobs
• Ensuring proper specifications of spares while giving requirements
• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
• Allocation of manpower
• General store management?and 5S
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics

• Hands on experience of operations of lathe machine, shaper machine, slotter, band saw, drill machine, surface grinder
• Knowledge on maintenance of workshop equipment's
• Basic knowledge on drawings and measurements
  

Requirements

• Essential: ITI with minimum 5 years experience, age limit 35 years.
• Preferred: Work experience in refractory mould assembly workshop
