Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility
AWS RDS Support Engineer - 4CExperience: 5 to 6 Years

Experience with AWS Services, RDS, Aurora, VPC, IAM
Experience with database PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle
Experience in Maintaining documentation for operational processes, runbooks, and SOPs
Experience in Troubleshooting
Experience in Infra Provisioning and configuring Security components, Key pair, security groups, ACL, IAM, Directory Service, Certificate manager
Experience provisioning and managing resources on cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience in monitoring Terraform pipelines
Experience in Monitor CloudWatch, Splunk and New Relic for centralized monitoring
Should have a deep understanding of IaaS and PaaS services offered on cloud platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
