Technical Specialist- Boomi

As a Technical Specialist/Technical Lead/Sr Technical Lead at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Your role will involve integrating with CRM and ERPs, defining API definitions, implementing various API patterns, configuring database connections, creating and deploying packages, and ensuring smooth process execution. Your strong communication and coordination skills will be essential as you interact with customers and teams for support and deployment purposes. Additionally, your experience in production support and willingness to work in all shifts will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Integration with CRM and ERPs (JDE, EBS) - Defining API definition using Swagger/Open API standards - Implementing Sync & Async API patterns - Utilizing DB adapter and JMS adapter - Configuring Webservices and Start Shape - Working with Application Connectors and Connection shape Actions - Configuring Database connections and performing Read/Write Operations - Creating and utilizing Maps and Map Functions - Utilizing Decision shape, Mail Connector, and other connectors - Creating and deploying Packages - Scheduling, executing, deactivating, and undeploying Processes - Overview of Process reporting Tab, Revision History, Process properties, and Document properties - Configuring Document Flow activity, Flow control Shape, Dataprocess shape, Business rule shape, and Branch/Route shape - Demonstrating good communication and coordination skills for customer and team interactions - Providing production support and being ready to work in all shifts Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience,
