Role Overview: As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to customers by troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, communicating with customers through various channels, collaborating with different teams, documenting solutions, and staying updated with the latest technologies and product features. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer problems - Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the ticketing system - Participate in product testing and offer feedback to the development team - Stay informed about new technologies, products, and features Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role - Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of Data Model and Entity Relationship - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Familiarity with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and remote desktop tools - Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas (Must Have) - Experience with APIs - Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus Additional Company Details: N/A,
