Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Technical Services Trainee in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting, with excellent technical skills and a keen interest in learning and growing with the company.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Analyze and report on technical issues and trends to improve overall system performance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT services and consulting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
