Forecast and plan for future resource requirements based on business growth. Technical Expertise : Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide informed guidance to the team. Act as a technical resource for complex issues and serve as a point of escalation. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a technical support or services management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
