SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is a crucial part of the Product Engineering board area within SAP. ECS is tasked with offering cloud-hosted infrastructure, technical, and application managed services to our SAP private cloud customers. As a Technical Service Manager (TSM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to the customer's S/4 HANA Private cloud engagement. Your role as a Technical Service Manager will involve contributing to SAP's global strategy by assisting customers in their journey towards SAP S/4 HANA adoption, leading them towards the Intelligent Enterprise within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. TSMs play a pivotal role in helping customers expedite their cloud transformation process, enabling them to realize the desired business values and outcomes from their SAP landscape. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing their business requirements and issues, collaborating across various SAP departments to deliver quality services, resolve technical challenges, and guide them through their cloud transformation journey.
