Job Description

  • Experience in purchase options and setting up Office 365 tenants from scratch
  • Knowledge in various licensing terms and license SKUs offered by Microsoft for Office 365 clients
  • Good to have experience in writing design documents (HLD & LLD) and other technical documentation
  • Working knowledge in various DNS records related to Office 365 and its related services
  • Solid understanding and knowledge in PowerShell scripting related to Office 365
  • Ability to tackle migration related to issues, answering client and finding a solution / workaround when a migration task fails in Exchange Online, SharePoint or OneDrive.
  • Understanding of Mobile Device Management and how its used in Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Additional knowledge about Intune MDM and MAM is also advantage
  • Experience in setting up Exchange Hybrid Mode for migrating on-prem Exchange workloads to Office 365
  • Experience in setting up SharePoint migration environment
  • Critical thinking, planning, implementation knowledge of Office 365 migration workloads
  • Knowledge in assessing client on-prem environment such as network, servers OS and hardware, firewall ports and load balancers for O365 migration feasibility
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Azure AD Connect and Hybrid AD setup
  • Experience in implementing MFA, SSO and Certificate based authentication using ADFS and domain federation with O365 14. Working experience in setting up Teams Meeting policies, Messaging policies, Call Quality Dashboard, Teams Federation, etc
  • Troubleshooting skills both using Admin Centers (GUI) and PowerShell for Office 365 services
  • Ability to form a process flow for Office 365 migration and operational tasks
  • Prepare and present documents for BAU operation and setup KT session with IT ops team
  • Must have the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 DNS records or client network MXToolbox, etc.
  • Experience in framing O365 related security settings such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Anti-Malware, Anti-Spam and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies
  • Working knowledge in framing and recommending security related DNS records such as DMARC, DKIM and SPF
  • Additional knowledge related to messaging gateways such as Symantec Message Labs / Symantec Messaging Gateway / Cisco IronPort are advantage
  • Ability to assess O365 Cost Analysis, Usage statistics and other reporting features offered by Microsoft
  • . Working experience in troubleshooting client side issues related to Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams / Skype for Business, Power BI and OneDrive / SharePoint Online.
