Handle international customers (chat & calls) for subscription renewals, repayments, and hosting/website-related queries.

• Provide technical assistance in a clear and professional manner.
• Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling technical products & services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process quality standards.
• Accurately log customer interactions.
