Technical Sales Manager- Automotive

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have experience in Automotive parts/aftermarket/spare parts industry specifically within Mumbai location. Your skills and previous experience should include: - Impeccable written and spoken English communication. - Experience in communicating complex technical and commercial issues with international customers by email in English. - Ability to understand both technical and commercial issues before making offers to customers. - Engineering background + MBA with international travel experience preferred. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with existing and prospective customers to confirm new orders, address their queries, and facilitate general communication. - Constantly developing new customers through digital marketing, searching for potential B2B customers by attending trade fairs, business travel, and customer visits. - Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers. - Identifying products that will be in demand in the near to medium future and coordinating development with the engineering team. - Reporting sales target achievement on a monthly basis. - Attending trade fairs. - Training and building a second line of executives for the marketing team. - Reporting on Turnaround Time (TAT) to respond to customer queries and constantly improving on it. - Developing product catalogs for marketing purposes. Only candidates from the Western line will be considered for this position.
