About the Role
Tech IT Services is hiring experienced Tech Sales Executives with strong experience in printer and antivirus support sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong closing ability to convert inbound/outbound tech calls into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle printer support and antivirus support tech sales calls.
Understand customer issues and pitch relevant paid technical services.
Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional call handling.
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Experience in Tech Sales / Tech Support (printer & antivirus calls).
Strong sales closing skills and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work night shifts.
Knowledge of tech support processes and US-based calling.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (experience-based).
Shift Timing: 6 PM 3 AM
Salary Date: 7th of every month
Cabs: Cab allowance provided
Meals: Not provided
Working Days: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday off)
Lock-in Period: 45 days
Gender: Male & Female
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
