Technical Sales Executive (International)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Technical Sales Executive to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with international clients, understanding their technical requirements, and offering suitable product or service solutions while achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international customers to promote and sell technical products or services.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate technical information and solutions.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.
• Handle objections and close sales with a customer-centric approach.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills.
• Technical understanding of products/services (IT, software, or hardware domain preferred).
• Comfortable working in night shifts and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM software.

Pay: ₹194,381.04 - ₹300,000.83 per year
