Technical reviewer - Mechanical

As an AutoCAD Drafter with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 6-10 years of experience in analysis, design, and detailing, your role will involve: - Being well versed in the application of 2D AutoCAD tools. - Demonstrating knowledge in AutoCAD blocks, attributes, and working with model space and layout space. - Having previous work experience as an AutoCAD drafter with P&ID drafting experience. - Understanding the tagging philosophy and PID blocks, instrument constructs for various standards. - Mentoring technical efforts within the team and ensuring technical excellence, quality, reviews, and consistency of methods with on-time delivery. - Applying knowledge or working experience in process engineering drawing deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, and 2D Configuration GA drawings. - Having experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process, and Water industries with design knowledge of equipment layout and piping layout as additional advantages. Your required technical competencies include: - Possessing a Mechanical Engineering degree. - Having experience in related industries like Design/EPC/Oil and Gas/Petrochemical. - Assisting in promoting best practices internally. - Proficiency in analysis, design, and detailing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping systems, pipe supports, and pipe support structures. - Experience in working with tools/software such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and SolidWorks. - Design experience in P&ID, isometric drafting, and 3D plant modeling using Plant 3D and PDMS. Desired skills for this role include: - Experience in an engineering position in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical industries. - Conducting as-built drafting using AutoCAD. - Knowledge of SPPID and piping design would be advantageous.,
