Shift : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

About the Role

Sigma Solve Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and software development positions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to close positions within agreed timelines. This is a work-from-office role based in Pune, with a shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering through candidate onboarding.

· Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams to clarify job requirements, experience levels, and hiring priorities.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess experience, communication, suitability, and availability.

· Recruit for roles such as Full Stack Developers, AI Engineers, Python/Java Developers, DevOps and Cloud Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Solutions Architects etc.

· Schedule interviews, coordinate with interview panels, and follow up to obtain timely feedback.

· Manage salary discussions within approved budgets, offer releases, acceptance follow-ups, notice periods, and joining confirmations.

· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

· Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS updates.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports and highlight hiring progress or bottlenecks.

· Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.

· Maintain professional candidate communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment; experience in an IT services or software development company is preferred.

· Good understanding of software development technologies and common technical job requirements.

· Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.

· Strong resume screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking systems.

· Ability to manage multiple open positions in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment.

· Minimum monthly closure target: More than 4 successful candidate closures (at least 5 closures per month).

· Experience in USA recruitment will be an added advantage.

KPI targets will be defined based on hiring requirements, role complexity, and the approved recruitment plan.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
