Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of IT roles. The role focuses on effective sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across diverse technologies and domains Leverage sourcing tools and job boards for candidate attraction (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship management Ensure a smooth candidate experience through consistent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities Maintain accurate records using in-house recruitment systems and tools Role Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and in-house recruitment platforms Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a candidate-centric mindset
