Technical Project Manager

The Project Manager at Transnational.AI will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered solutions and software development projects. This role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and set clear expectations for team members.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage team performance, address roadblocks, and facilitate problem-solving.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure project outcomes meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.

Risk and Quality Management

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and project challenges proactively.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years of project management experience in technology or AI-related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data-driven projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
