Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

As a Project Manager at WonderBiz, you will be responsible for leading and managing full-scale Delivery Operations in the Industry 4.0 space. With over 12 years of experience and a strong client base including 30+ International Customers and Fortune 100 Companies, WonderBiz is at the forefront of developing solutions that leverage Technology to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will involve managing Scope, creating Contracts, negotiating Costs, overseeing Deliveries, and leading a team of individuals. You will be required to handle various projects that utilize cutting-edge technologies such as IOT Edge, AI/ML systems, Data Analytics, Micro-Services, Containerization, and Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to Tech Leads and Architects in their day-to-day Project Deliveries - Manage Project Costs, review Timesheets, Invoices, and SOWs - Supervise and support team members, including making hiring and firing decisions - Conduct Reviews with Customer Stakeholders to address actions and mitigate risks - Establish an Agile Process Framework for the Delivery Team To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in technologies like Java/.Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, databases, Python, ML, and Data Analytics - Strong Problem-Solving, Design, and Solutioning skills to assist team members in resolving bottlenecks - Experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle development projects, preferably in Enterprise product development - Ability to collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, and Customer Stakeholders to analyze business requirements, estimate, plan, and manage tasks throughout the project lifecycle - Experience in managing teams of 20 - 30 individuals Bonus Points if: - You enjoy solving problems and taking on challenges - You communicate effectively and can explain complex concepts clearly - You are proactive, take ownership of tasks, and drive results If you are a motivated and driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, WonderBiz offers an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact in the technology space.
