Technical Product Support Specialist I

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing advanced support and complex issue handling for Sabre's online customer segment. Working closely with developers, customer representatives, and internal Sabre employees, you will play a key role in improving service, support, and strategic initiatives. As the first point of contact for online customers, you will assist in the integration of Sabre APIs and tools used in the deployment of their online sites. Your tasks will include developing testing clients, validating XML files, reproducing customer scenarios for debugging, investigating non-conforming SOAP & REST APIs, and training users to implement solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in various customer projects. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced support and complex issue handling for Sabre's online customer segment - Collaborate with developers, customer representatives, and internal Sabre employees to improve service and support - Serve as the first point of contact for online customers regarding the integration of Sabre APIs and tools - Develop testing clients, validate XML files, and reproduce customer scenarios for debugging - Investigate non-conforming SOAP & REST APIs and train users to implement solutions - Participate in customer projects Qualifications Required: - Desire to work in a strategic problem-solving and customer management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient fluency in written and spoken English - Ability to learn and share knowledge quickly - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in technical languages such as XML, SOAP, REST, or HTML - Sabre domain knowledge is a plus - Good writing skills for producing technical documents and user guides - Graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience - Knowledge of web development/online programming languages - Availability to work on weekends and holidays.,
