Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work with service delivery managers to support tool/software implementation and operation 2. Install software/utility by connecting with brand teams 3. Support tool/software used at locations (mall, food court, airport, etc.) to capture automated daily sales data 4. Perform follow-ups, monitoring, and new integrations for the tool and reports 5. Coordinate with brands and set up slots for utility installation/upgrade 6. Ensure system requirements are met for smooth installation 7. Coordinate and follow up with retailers for new brand integration on ADSR LIVE 8. Conduct daily pre-live huddle calls with the mall team for new live brands 9. Contribute to weekly project huddle calls with SDM 10. Ensure availability of accurate sales data for brands 11. Coordinate daily with SDM for timely resolution and update of automated daily sales data 12. Collect and upload sales data on the portal for select brands 13. Analyze missing data with appropriate reasons on a daily basis 14. Conduct periodic audits and report findings 15. Assist in root cause analysis of audit findings 16. Seek clarification from tenants/concessionaires for data not reflecting in the bill-wise report 17. Monitor brand status and ensure correctness of overall data 18. Update and maintain a knowledge base of all tickets and issues 19. Train team members on processes, applications, and tools 20. Handle first-level escalations Requirements: 1. Possess knowledge of IIS, FTP, SFTP, Firewall, Antivirus, Cloud Server, routers, and switches (preferred) 2. Demonstrate experience in software installation through remote connection tools and PoS systems 3. Have MIS reporting experience 4. Know querying and SQL language (nice to have) 5. Hold experience in a similar role or in retail operations (nice to have) 6. Understand store infrastructure (basic or advanced) 7. Possess knowledge of databases and network environments (nice to have) 8. Have previous customer service or support experience and basic technical knowledge 9. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 10. Provide helpdesk support in software/hardware/networking domains 11.
