Technical Manager / Sr. Technical Lead

As a Technical Design Department Manager, you will be responsible for implementing company standards and supervising the Technical Team to prepare schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction drawings for various projects such as Villas, high-rise residential and commercial buildings. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the team, adherence to technical procedures, documentation, and BIM standards. Additionally, you will manage Project Leads and BIM Architects/Engineers to prepare Concept Designs and IFC drawings in coordination with the Head of Department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assigning projects to BIM Architects/Engineers and monitoring the preparation of detailed Working Drawings for approval, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. - Managing the Technical Server/BIM 360 filing and configuration for assigned projects, including saving all information from the Head office. - Overseeing the preparation of various schedules required for projects and ensuring correct formats are followed based on project requirements. - Providing input on developing cost-effective project details and sketches for IFC drawings, following company standards. - Guiding the preparation of technical drawings for interior design with proper MEP, Faade, and structure coordination. - Conducting regular meetings and discussions with the Head office Team leads or managers to address design issues and provide guidance. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a B.Arch and M.Arch in Architecture, possess software knowledge in Revit/BIM, CAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office applications. You should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the field.
