Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Domain Knowledge (Technical):
Wireless Protocols: Deep understanding of 4G LTE and 5G NR RAN architecture, specifically Layer 2 (MAC and RLC). Knowledge of PDCP and RRC is a plus.
Development Background: Strong past experience in hands-on software development (C OR C++) for wireless protocol stacks. You must be able to understand the code your team is writing. Standards: Familiarity with relevant 3GPP OR O-RAN specifications.
