Technical manager

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading our development team, overseeing technical operations, and ensuring timely project delivery. Your role will involve coordinating between departments, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will lead and manage the technical team for ongoing and new projects, oversee software/product development cycles, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering. Additionally, you will review and optimize code quality, architecture, and performance, manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure technical documentation and compliance standards are met. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with experience in a technical leadership role. Strong knowledge of relevant technologies such as Python, JavaScript, and Cloud services is essential.
