Technical Manager - Axcess Platform Services

As a seasoned leader for the Axcess Platform Services team, your role will involve driving the development and evolution of critical infrastructure components such as Common Services, Notifications, IDaaS, and SSO solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, focusing on Azure cloud services. - Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts to define product requirements, design technical approaches, and deliver new features successfully. - Establishing and enforcing performance benchmarks, quality standards, and responsiveness metrics for all platform services. - Implementing proactive monitoring and optimization strategies to identify bottlenecks and resolve critical issues. - Championing code quality initiatives through standardization, organization improvements, and automation. - Fostering team growth and maintaining technical excellence. - Staying ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve the technology stack and maintain a competitive advantage.
