Role & responsibilities

Technical Documentation & Marketing

  • Preparing

    TDS

    for new and modified products.
  • Creating

    brochures, pamphlets and booklets

    for new product launches.
  • Developing

    technical materials

    such as posters and standees specifically for leather fairs.
  • Preparing and sending monthly notifications to all dealers regarding new developments and updates.
  • Collaborating with our

    Graphics/UX Designer

    to design materials and posters.

Event Management

  • Handling

    stall bookings and arrangements

    for upcoming leather fairs.
  • Coordinating all technical materials required for exhibitions.

Digital & Social Media Presence

  • Managing updates on

    LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter

    .
  • Collaborating with the IT Team to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
  • To circulate

    newsletter

    for the leather industry and update the website with

    news, blogs and upcoming events

    .

Customer Support & Quality Management

  • Handling

    customer complaints

    received from dealers and the sales team, ensuring proper redirection and closure.
  • Responding to

    technical queries

    received via WhatsApp and email.

Certifications & Compliance

  • Managing

    LWG certification requirements

    for customers.
  • Collaborating with

    R&D for

    MSDS and

    ZDHC certification

    .
  • Coordinating with

    test labs

    for leather & chemical testing.

Publications & Industry Engagement

  • Preparing

    technical and management presentations

    for internal use.
  • Managing

    newsletter advertisements and articles

    for leather industry magazines like

    Indian Leather, Leather Age, and Leather News India

    .
  • Handling

    membership renewals

    for

    CLE, LWG, CHEMEXIL, ICC, and other industry associations

    .

Branding & Intellectual Property

  • Handling

    trademark activities

    .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience of minimum 7 years experience in Managerial level in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build and maintain relationships, work collaboratively, and resolve conflicts.

  • Problem-Solving:

Identifying and addressing issues, finding solutions, and making informed decisions.

  • Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
